Canon: Pokemon Mystery Dungeon - Gates to Infinity
Character: Ty (Tepig Partner Pokemon)
Age: Unspecified (possibly young adult)
Timeline: Gates to Infinity Postgame - After the protagonist returns to the human world.
Personality:
Ty is most noticeably an amiable Pokemon. He isn't the least bit shy and has little trouble interacting with others, even new or obviously popular people, and prefers to approach things with an open mind despite the type of world he grew up in. Likewise he isn't afraid to stand up for what he believes or to confront wrong-doers and those he has been wronged by. He strongly believes that the ability to trust is the realest strength there is and that if people would pull together and be willing to trust each other then the world would be a better place...but he knows that it's unwise to just put his faith in every person he meets. Despite being a partner and relying largely on them, he has been been acknowledged by his other teammates as having the potential to become a great leader.

He enjoys making friends, but he refuses to have superficial friendships or alliances based only on convenience. If he makes a friend he will put his faith in them and treasure them greatly, and expects the same of them, as well as to go above and beyond for their well-being to the point he is willing to set aside his happiness for theirs or to follow them into impossible to endure situations. He doesn't hold weakness or ineptitude against people, nor does he value power above strength of character. He would much rather work with someone who sincerely will put their heart into the tasks that need done, regardless of their skill level, than with someone who is great at things but has no heart for it. When dealing in group situations he wants what's best for everyone and so it really bothers him when something has no fair answer or he can't do anything to help them.

Even in a world where people are selfish and innocents and the trusting are made to suffer as everyone tries to take advantage or turns a blind eye to those in need, he refuses to accept that sort of negativity and does what he can to change it instead, clinging to his ideals and trying not to let doubt overrule his beliefs. He can understand the reasons why people wouldn't want to trust or make friends but doesn't approve of that type of thinking because, even though he didn't make friends at first, he never gave up on the idea of finding people he could trust. He doesn't believe that bad experiences are an excuse to give up on the world or to take advantage of others, but can be sympathetic to the plights of some wrong-doers even if he can't side with them. He is also able to forgive those who do wrong but then sincerely regret it and will even help and encourage them to not give up hope. He rarely holds a grudge, but is perfectly willing to tell others off when he feels the need or to fight to protect himself or others if he has to.

He's neither fearless nor immune to doubts though, simply hard to scare off and stubborn. He will face down large amounts of doubters and try to change things, but his confidence in his ability to do it alone is weak. If he can't rally others then he does let doubt in himself and the world show. In dire situations where he knows he needs to do something quickly but not what he can do he may crack under stress and panic as well. But it only takes a little glimmer of hope to push the doubt back for him. Often when faced with something that causes worry or unease in others around him...or even when he is sad or lonely himself, he will continue to act cheerful and try his best every day regardless of his personal feelings to help keep others cheerful and so they don't worry about him.

Unlike many of the Pokemon of his world, the unknown and mysterious don't scare him at all. He is extremely open-minded, believing that maybe it's less mystery and more the need to discover the truth that make things mysterious. He doesn't brush things off as untrue just because of a lack of facts or a seeming impossibility because the world is a large and mysterious place. Likewise he doesn't balk at the idea of the spreading mysteriosity and the mystery dungeons it creates throughout his world, acknowledging the danger they can pose but also seeing it as a great adventure to explore them. When it comes to taking work as an adventurer, he believes that a job should be taken based on the need of the client rather than the size of the reward.

These traits make him exceptionally easy to get along with and are often how he gets through to others. But it has left him open to hurt and scams, and could again.

Background:
Tepig was born in an unknown part of the world. He has said that he's been alone as long as he can remember and had never known what it was like to have family. The relationships between Pokemon had already been deteriorating as he grew up, and watching them he decided that he didn't want the false friendships and lip-service that he now saw everywhere, wanting real ones with Pokemon he could trust with the real him...friends possibly also with his interest in adventuring and exploring the mysterious. With that kind of mindset he came up with the idea to make a place where Pokemon like him could gather, become friends, and live each day to its fullest together. A real paradise.

Saving up all of the money he could, he checked around for places that had land he could afford...but most places were too expensive. Then he got a letter advertising a place he could afford. So he set out at once to buy it, but his journey was interrupted briefly when a Pokemon literally fell out of the sky and landed at his feet.

After making sure the stranger was okay, Tepig found out they had apparently been a human, somehow transformed into a Pokemon and fallen out of the human world after hearing a voice calling for help. Humans were only fairytale beings as far as he knew, but he chose to believe the stranger anyway, even though they had no proof either. As he was explaining his reasoning, Tepig suddenly remembered he should be hurrying on, but dragged the other Pokemon along because he thought he might not get there alone because the path ahead seemed tough.

After a slight detour because of a broken bridge they arrived at a desolate patch of land owned by Quagsire and Tepig bought it from him, excited to finally be a step closer to realizing his dream. He asked the Pokemon who'd helped him to stay and help him create Paradise. When they agreed, he was overjoyed, truly believing they would be a great team. He even let his new friend give him a nickname and decided that name would be what everyone could call him from now on.

The first night they had to camp out because there was nothing in their new home, but the cold and wind made for a long and uncomfortable night. They decided they needed to look into building themselves a house and asked Quagsire about it when he came to check on them the next morning. Quagsire led them to the nearby Post Town where, after they saw an argument between two Pokemon that no one tried to help end, they found a pair of Timburr who worked for a carpenter called Gurdurr. Gurdurr agreed to help them build a house on the condition that they get him blue gems from Stony Cave that he could swap for materials. The Timburr seemed to want to tell them something, but didn't and so Tepig and his partner went to the cave.

They got the stones and returned to town, but a strange Pokemon bumped into him before apologizing and hurrying off. Thinking nothing of it, they returned to Gurdurr only to find the stones were missing, and Gurdurr simply told them they'd have to get more if he was going to build their house. As they left they spotted the same Pokemon that bumped into him and Tepig's partner suggested he might have found and picked the gems up. The Timburr approached them, telling them the Pokemon was Scraggy and the he was going to Hazy Pass, encouraging them to go after him and get the stolen gems back. When Tepig asked how they knew he'd stolen them they quickly apologized and left. Angry at the idea of being stolen from, Tepig and his partner left for the pass.

They found Scraggy but, before they could confront him, Tepig's partner suddenly pushed him to hide behind a rock and said they should be quiet. It became clear why when Gurdurr appeared to do business with Scraggy. It turned out Gurdurr intended to have them keep getting the gems only to be stolen by Scraggy, who would then pay Gudurr cash for leading them on. Angry, Tepig and his partner confronted the crooks and battled them. Scraggy fled and the Timburr appeared to beg their boss to stop doing bad things, wanting to do real work again...but only got clobbered for their effort before Gurdurr headed further into the pass. Concerned for the Timburr, Tepig and his partner checked on them and asked what was going on since it obviously wasn't as black and white as good and bad.

After hearing how Gurdurr had lost faith in his work and the world after having been injured and later scammed himself, turning from honest living and to crime...and learning how much the Timburr still wanted to do honest work with him Tepig and partner decided that Gurdurr was definitely the one to build their house because they wanted to see what the three carpenters could build putting all their hearts into it even if their skills had gone downhill. They followed Gurdurr and finally got through to him and he agreed finally to build their house which, while a bit shabby, had a homey feel that Tepig loved because the hearts he, his new partner, Gurdurr, the two Timburr, and even Quagsire had been poured into it over the few days it took to build.

The next morning, Tepig expressed the desire to start expanding Paradise by building facilities they could use. Quagsire came to them again as well. He had set up a job request board for them, brought a deposit box for them to use, and was opening a store they could use too. After he explained how the Request Board worked, Tepig picked their first job: saving a young Dunsparce who had gotten in over his head exploring Stomp Stomp Peak. Tepig had felt his was the most urgent and didn't care that the reward wasn't much.

As they searched the mountain, they met Emolga, who was also looking for Dunsparce because they were best friends. He was glad they had taken the job and asked that if they found Dunsparce first they look after him. Further exploration led them to a cavern with pretty reflective crystals and Tepig picked one up, thinking they would be nice house decorations. They finally found Dunsparce and returned to Paradise with him and Emolga.

After hearing that Dunsparce was looking for the pretty crystals in the mountain, Tepig gave up his as a gift, after which he learned Dunsparce wanted it to give a pretty and popular Pokemon called Virizon as a gift in hopes of gaining her friendship. Dunsparce was afraid to actually give it to her though, so Tepig offered to speak for him...but she shot Dunsparce down rather coldly, preferring not to make friends because you couldn't trust others and because he was too weak to even be of use as an ally. Dunsparce ran away crying and when Tepig got on her case, Virizion simply defended her reasoning with the fact there were just too many willing to take advantage of trust. After she left, and after finding out from her fanclub that she'd similarly shot down every other Pokemon in town who asked for her friendship, Tepig and his partner went to find Dunsparce.

He wasn't in town, but Quagsire had seen him talking to two Pokemon that had claimed they could make him strong easily if he went to Desolate Canyon with them. Worried he was being exploited, especially after hearing Emolga had run off to the canyon after hearing the same thing from Quagsire minutes earlier, they hurried to Dunsparce's rescue. They caught up to them, Dunsparce having tried to back out of the deal and Emolga having gotten there first. The Pawniard Brothers who were trying to exploit Dunsparce called their gang but Virizion appeared with Gurdurr and the Timburr to save them all and they managed to scare the baddies off.

Virizion apologized for her part in what had almost happened, confessing she overheard Quagsire talking, but reaffirmed that untrustworthy Pokemon like those baddies was why it wasn't safe to trust. Tepig disagreed, stating that while it wasn't good to trust everyone, trusting no one meant no one would trust you, and his belief that trust was real strength. Then he asked Dunsparce and Emolga to join the Paradise, explaining what he wanted to achieve. They agreed to join, and surprisingly Virizion asked to join them too. Despite Emolga's protests, Tepig let her join too, on the condition she be willing to put her faith in them all.

The next day, Pelipper arrived with a form Tepig had requested a few days earlier, from the Helping Adventurous Pokemon Prosper Institute, in anticipation of forming an adventuring team once they had four members in Paradise. All they needed was a name and he asked his partner to pick it, wrote it in the form and sent it off with Paradise. Quagsire appeared again with congratulations and a new helpful business for them...run by Scraggy who Quagsire had caught and punished and was forcing yo support Tepig's team to make up for the grief he caused them. Pelipper also returned as well, dropping a trunk with their team equipment to mark them as a proper team. Quagsire explained what they needed to know.

The next day, Gurdurr came by with the news he was getting back to work as a carpenter and knowing Tepig would be thrilled had set up shop in Paradise. But he still needed practice and felt Sturdy Vine could help. Wanting Gurdurr to focus on practicing, Tepig offered to get the vine for him, delivering it the next morning. The next after that, Gurdurr was ready to work.

Shortly after that, a mirage that was sometimes visible in Post Town appeared, the image of a giant glacier far in the distance. Virizion told them that it was the Great Glacier, a place unexplored because it was impossible to get there due to the crevasses that changed frequently because of the mysteriosity and the harsh winds that made flying there out of the question. It was the sort of thing adventurers dreamed about overcoming and the whole team wanted to go someday so they decided to train hard so they could.

Soon after, they got a notice from HAPPI that a suspicious Pokemon had been seen in the area. Out of concern that a notice meant this Pokemon was more suspicious than Pokemon like Scraggy or the Pawniard Brothers, Tepig decided to check on the town, also running an errand for Quagsire. It was quieter than normal in town, but things seemed okay. Until a couple days later when Leaveanny and Lillipup came to them because Swadloon was missing. Lillipup thought he might have gone to Breezy Meadow of Inflora Forest since he wasn't in town...Inflora Forest being surprising because it was dangerous. Tepig and his partner decided to look for him there while Leaveanny and Lillipup searched the meadow. They found him unhurt and confused that there was so much worry, but went back without trouble...having only gone to get his mom a birthday present. The relieved reunion of family and best friend made Tepig wonder about his partner's family and friends back in the human world. That night, even though his partner seemed to be asleep already, Tepig confessed that he'd always been alone and unwilling to make friends for lipservice, and how grateful he was to had met his partner.

The next day, the suspicious Pokemon had been found unconscious in Post Town. Emolga came to tell them because he didn't seem dangerous but Gurdurr was already treating him like a criminal. Tepig told Emolga to get the others while he and his partner went to the inn to try and calm things down. When Virizion arrived she identified the strange Pokemon as Umbreon, a dungeon researcher devoted to studying the inner workings of mystery dungeons. But he was exhausted, injured, and his partner was missing...and he was in no condition to tell them anything. Leaving him in the care of Swanna, the innkeeper, they waited for his condition to improve.

As soon as he was awake, Umbreon tried to leave Post Town in search of his partner, Espeon. They had been attacked as their research on Entercards, which could be used to summon mystry dungeons anywhere to get wherever someone wanted, and split up. Because he was still not fully recovered, Tepig and the team volunteered to go save Espeon, Umbreon saying he thought he'd seen her go toward the Crags of Lament. They found her there being attacked by Purrugly and Toxicroak, who they defeated to bring Espeon back to town safely. It turned out that she had given her Entercards to Swadloon the other day when he went to Inflora Forest, asking him to keep them secret and not immediately thinking of any danger he might be put in because of her own desperation, but been unable to get to Post Town to find him after that before now. But more than that, it turned out those Entercards were to be used to reach the Great Glacier.

That night, Tepig brought up the desire to help Umbreon and Espeon with their research because he also wanted to go and see where it would lead, so the next morning he and his partner approached them about it. Umbreon and Espeon had had a similar discussion that night, wanting to join the team in Paradise both to show their gratitude for saving them and to ask the team's help since their research was nearly finished...but they doubted they could explore the glacier on their own. There was a lot of excitement over the idea they would all explore the glacier together, until the next morning when Quagsire brought up the troubling news that since the journey could be long at least one member of the team had to stay behind in case HAPPI needed to reach them. If that didn't happen then their team would be disbanded. No matter how unfair it was there was no way around it either, so Virizon volunteered...but Tepig got the sense she had wanted to go the most.

When Tepig and his partner told Umbreon and Espeon the news, they were just as upset but also determined that Virizion had to go. They told the team about how Virizion's best friend Keldeo had supposedly gone there but later wrote her a cruel letter saying that he'd never planned to and only wanted to get away from her and the answers to what happened had to be there. Emolga suggested they draw straws to get a random draw because it was the only fair way. This didn't sit well with Tepig but it was all they had. They drew straws and Dunsparce got the short straw, but then Tepig's partner tried to stay, but Virizion wanted to keep the original agreement of her staying, which made Tepig want to stay if she could go. But Dunsparce finally insisted it should be him both because he'd gotten the short straw and was the weakest.

Still unhappy, they met Umbreon and Espeon, who summoned the Magnagate that would take them to the glacier, but just as they were about to go, Emolga jumped out of the portal and shoved Dunsparce in, telling everyone to look after him and have a great adventure.

The Magnagate had led to a dungeon that would exit out beyond the impassable crevasses so they navigated it and arrived safely. More crevasses blocked their path though and in trying to find a way to proceed Tepig's partner found the remains of a Magnagate that was fairly old. Umbreon and Espeon opened a Magnagate there, and the ley lines that made its dungeon ran straight to the glacier, letting them continue but implying some other adventurer may have been there already.

The glacier was hollow inside, and home to an immense ice palace. They traveled the inside looking for evidence of the legendary Great Crystal that Umbreon wished to prove existed, it's ability to make things float one of its myths. They found a room containing Frisms though, a rare ice crystal that could record sound then play it back by warming part of the crystal. Most were unused, but one had a recording of Keldeo, as Virizon had remembered hi, speaking of discoveries and excitement and the hope other adventurers would explore the glacier too one day. He had apparently kept going so they did too after picking up Frisms of their own and some for Emolga too. Tepig intended to keep his as his greatest treasure.

As they went further they were ambushed by a Golurk and some Cryagonal, only proceeding after defeating them. But the further they went after that the harder it got to breathe for everyone but Tepig's partner and eventually they all collapsed. When he came to, they were back in the room where Golurk had attacked with a massive dragon-type calling himself Kyurem. He told them the place they were trying to reach was one they weren't meant to, that had they gone they'd never have been seen again, and that he'd foreseen their coming long ago because he could see the future. When asked, he said the Great Crystal did exist up ahead, but that Keldeo had not ever come this far. Then he roared and vanished leaving them a chest with a reward for their getting so far.

Deciding to call the exploration a success, they returned home and there was a big celebration where they told everyone in town about the adventure. They partied so long they overslept the next day. Tepig wound up a bit annoyed when they got up, because Emolga used the Frisms they brought him to pull a prank, but he understood Emolga was just showing them he he happy. Tepig and his partner also heard that while they were gone there had been weird lights rising into the sky from time to time. That night, his partner had a dream, something that had happened a few times before, where they heard the Pokemon that called him to this world. The voice was clearer each dream and so Tepig had been thinking they just had to get in sync and the voice would be clear enough to learn what was going on. Tepig wanted to know too, and to help this Pokemon however he could.

Tepig did ask his partner if after they finished the role they were brought here for if they would return home. When his partner didn't know, he asked them to just stay in Paradise with him and everyone. His partner agreed, making him really happy, but later he realized that his request may have been selfish because he hadn't thought of the partner's real home.

Soon after, they did see one of the floating lights, but it was still a mystery what they were or meant. And not long after, Tepig's partner had a clear dream where the Pokemon, Munna, was able to tell him where she was hiding. She was being hunted by Hydregion, a vicious Pokemon intending to consume the world. With this knowledge and the serious issue at hand, Tepig and his partner finally got around to telling their team about the partner's strange arrival. Determined to save her but not wanting to draw Hydregion to Post Town, Tepig and his partner went to save her alone, using the Entercards to get there faster, though without Espeon and Umbreon they would have to take the long way back. They arrived in a forest after dark and, not wanting to bump into Hydregion in the dark, Tepig suggested they make camp and go looking for Munna in the morning. He was woken soon after nodding off by his partner though, because they felt it was important to get to Munna quickly.

They found her, but it was quickly revealed to be a trap when she called out her allies to ambush them, including Purrugly and Toxicroak. Seriously outnumbered, Tepig realized they had to run and led his partner in dousing the lights of the two Chandelure to create enough confusion for their escape. They succeeded but were split up in the process and Tepig was captured and taken to Holehills as bait for his partner. His partner saved him with Hydregion's help and they escaped to the desert where Tepig was filled in on the truth. Hydregion was the Voices of Life taken a Pokemon form and had called Tepig's partner to the Pokemon world to stop the Bittercold from destroying the world. They had to get back to ost Town and tell everyone.

It was night as they were reaching the edge of the desert, but Kyurem suddenly appeared and froze Hydregion solid before smashing him to pieces right before their eyes. Then he began to brutally beat Tepig's partner while he watched helplessly. Desperate to stop him, Tepig threw himself between Kyurem and his battered partner, begging him to stop. As neither of them currently had the will to try to alter the fate of destruction, Kyurem did stop. When Tepig asked why he was protecting a future of destruction, Kyurem told him the world was a cold place now with all things including the Voices of Life only clinging to their own petty wants. The Bittercold, born from the negative feelings in the world, would destroy this world and start a new one. Kyurem was sparing Tepig's partner as long as they did not try to fight fate, but had already brutally taken out the other humans summoned by the Voices of Life and sent them back to their world. He threatened to do the same to Tepig's partner should they still wish to save the world, then he left.

Tepig began to panic, needing to treat his partner but clueless what to do. But Dunsparce and Emolga found them. The whole team was nearby and they took his partner to a nearby forest and a clearing with clean water so they could tend to the injuries and watch over them until they woke up a long time after. The team had gotten worried when Tepig and his partner hadn't come back, but were told by a voice to go to the desert before they could use the Entercards to go to where they had been going to find Munna. Apparently there Emolga and Dunsparce had been led to them by a mall sparkling light...which was what Tepig and his partner saw leave the shards of ice that had been Hydregion when he was smashed.

When the team heard about the impending end of the world and the fact all the Pokemon were the cause there was a lot of doubt on how they could stop it since even if the partner could destroy it, being a human and the only one who could get close to it, those negative feelings still existed all over the world and would make a new one. Tepig helped gain their resolve to change their future though, and they planned to work at gradually changing the negativity to positivity and to ask Post Town for support. Rallying support in Post Town seemed a lost cause though, the other Pokemon expressing doubts and hopelessness despite Tepig trying to encourage them to have faith, and them outright panicking when the Glacier Palace floated into the sky in a forewarning of how close the end of the world was. Only Swanna stood by them.

That night Tepig was guilt-ridden and ready to admit that maybe they couldn't fix things in time, but Lillipup came to them, apologizing and asking what he could do.His grandfather, Herdier, as well as Swadloon and Leaveanny had also come to try to help. It was decided that they would try to spread positivity and hope while the team, minus Dunsparce who would also try to counter the Pokemon negativity, would storm the palace so Tepig's partner could destroy the Bittercold. One complication was reaching the palace with it airborne, so Umbreon and Espeon left the Entercards with Tepig to use to reach the Great Glacier while they went ahead on foot to solve this issue.

The next morning, Tepig and Emolga managed to summon the Great Glacier Magnagate and they left, though there was a bit of worry as the path look different due to the Bittercold's effects. The arrived safely but where attacked by Munna's Salamence and two Chandelure. They defeated them and Espeon appeared to lead them to Umbreon. They had found Entercards that could take them to the palace instantly without passing through a dungeon, likely left by Keldeo somehow. Using them they got to the palace and split up to draw less attention, but Tepig and his partner caught up to Virizion and Emolga as they were being outnumbered by Purrugly and several Excedrill and came to their rescue to defeat them all together.

The four of them traveled deeper, but were confronted by Munna and more of her friends. They were intent on the destruction of the world to the point Munna wouldn't back down even after they beat her. She couldn't understand how they could want to live in a world where the innocent were beaten and taken advantage of. A Magnagate appeared between them and out stepped Keldeo with Umbreon and Espeon. Keldeo had been captured trying to talk Munna and the others out of letting the world be destroyed. Tepig was the one to change her mind, reminding her that if she cared for her friends she should be trying to live happily with them and showing his determination to make the world a place worth living...so much so that she saved him and his partner from a falling icicle and told them to go ahead.

Kyurem stood in their way, forcing them to subdue him to continue, but their determination did make him curious to the type of world they were trying to create and if they really could stand up to fate. As they got further in, Tepig began to have a hard time breathing again, but he refused to let it stop him from supporting his best friend. He made it all the way to the Bittercold, where he collapsed under the pain and pressure of the powerful negativity, but continued to urge his partner not to give up even when it seemed the negativity had become too much to destroy. The positive hopes of other Pokemon, even though they faltered a bit for a few moments, helped and the Bittercold was destroyed though Tepig passed out and he and his partner met with Kyurem in a world of their subconsciousness. Impressed by what they had managed, Kyurem apparently saved them, the rest of the team, and Keldeo.

Tepig and his partner woke up outside Post Town and their friends came out of Paradise, Dunsparce greeted them in relieved tears and they were able to see the Rainbows of Hope that had once been a common sight in Post Town for the first time. Hydregion appeared to them, as only his physical form had been destroyed. There was a great celevration that night and everyone had fun, but Tepig sought out Hydregion and fund out his partner couldn't stay in their world because to keep the balance of the world they had to be sent back and everyone would forget them. Taking his treasure, the Frisms that he'd taken from the palace, he recorded a farewell message with all of their team and the residents of Post Town. Then he gave it to Hydregion to give to his partner when it was time to go, knowing they would leave quietly to spare everyone the grief of goodbyes they'd not remember. For the last time, they went home and to bed, neither speaking of the impending separation, but his partner was gone in the morning.

Tepig went out, spoke to Quagsire, met the team, then looked up and saw the light that was his partner rising into the sky, watching until it was gone. But he didn't forget his best friend. No one forgot the human who had saved them all. They continued on as normal, stubbornly remembering. Tepig tried to stay cheerful and normal, but he missed his friend dearly. Every morning he looked to his partner's empty bed, he became prone to spacing out as well. But he kept trying day to day, expanding Paradise and accepting Hydregion and Keldeo into the team when they asked to join.

Abilities/Additional Notes:
Ty is physically the same as any other Tepig and has no abilities outside of the normal for his type. His natural ability is Blaze, which increases the damage of his fire attacks when his health is low. The game starts at level 7 and canon point considered, his level is probably between 30 - 40 so he probably knows the following:

Tackle(Start), Tail Whip(Start), Ember(Start), Covet(Start), Odor Sleuth(9), Defense Curl(13), Flame Charge(15), Smog(19), Rollout(21), Take Down(25), Heat Crash(27), Assurance(31), Flamethrower(33), Head Smash(37), and Roar(39)...he'll learn his final attack, Flare Blitz, at level 43. Covet is an Egg/Move Tutor attack that Tepig starts with.

As a Fire-type, he's weak against water, rock, and ground attacks and his fire damage dealt to those types is low...his fire attacks also do low damage to ghosts and dragons. He's strong against grass, steel, bug, and ice and his fire attacks do high damage to those types.

In Gates to Infinity attacks gradually increase in strength and accuracy as they are used, and this growth is shared by anyone on his team who knows the same moves because of team badges, with he always has a few spares of for recruiting. The badges also share EXP and growth with team members not out with the team and can perform a team attack based on the lead Pokemon's type once the team is in sync. Ty's team attack deals high damage to all enemies in a room and boosts the power of Fire attacks of the team for awhile.

3Step Communicator:
A Frism that is magically enhanced to receive and playback video and sound rather than just record and playback sounds.

Sample Journal Post: [Voice]
Things have changed a ton here. It's so small and quiet now that it seems like a totally different place. In a way I like it though since it means that we'll just have to work to make the things we want to see happen around here happen!

I know what I want to try for first is a house! Everyone should be able to have a house to call their own, and I heard now we have a carpenter here to make it happen. I'm excited to see what we can do together.

I'm going to try my best to contribute a lot. I hope everyone else will too.
